General:

These terms establish the relationship between Page Niche and the student and confirm that the student holds ownership of their learning materials.

Costs and Payment:

We understand that every student has unique needs, so costs and payment are customized accordingly. After reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions, payment will be processed.

Delivery and Ownership:

Once payment is complete, the student will own the learning materials. Until then, Page Niche will still own the materials. This makes it fair and clear for both parties.

Cancellation and Variations:

Students who wish to request a refund due to dissatisfaction with the coursework must provide notice and pay for the work already completed. Any changes to the enrollment terms must be agreed upon in writing by both the student and Page Niche to ensure clarity and understanding of responsibilities.

Liability and Disputes:

At Page Niche, we strive to provide a safe and positive learning experience for our students. By enrolling with us, students understand and agree to our terms, which aim to prevent indirect damages. We encourage open communication in case of disputes, and recommend resolving any issues through fair and efficient means.

Data and Intellectual Property:

Students should follow data regulations and know that they own their learning materials. They can use electronic signatures for communication. To make communication clear, all documentation must be in writing.

Legal Jurisdiction:

We want to make sure that the rules that apply to our students are fair and just, so we follow the laws of the student’s country of residence. Please note that Page Niche is a learning platform only, and we do not provide any certification or accreditation.
